By downloading, installing, or using the ADLX mobile application or website (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ADLX Technologies Private Limited ("ADLX", "we", "our", or "us"), a company incorporated in India.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
ADLX provides a digital marketplace that enables:
ADLX is an intermediary as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform.
Each person may maintain only one user account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
ADLX manually verifies lawyers against the Bar Council of India registry and respective State Bar Council records. However, ADLX does not guarantee the accuracy of any lawyer's credentials, experience, or qualifications beyond the verification steps described. It is your responsibility to conduct your own due diligence before engaging a lawyer.
Verified status indicates only that the Bar Council registration was confirmed at the time of verification. ADLX does not continuously monitor a lawyer's standing with the Bar Council after verification.
Consultation fees are set by individual lawyers. ADLX charges a 15% platform commission on each consultation, deducted from the lawyer's payout. Users pay the displayed fee in full.
Lawyers may subscribe to Basic (₹299/month), Pro (₹499/month), or Elite (₹799/month) plans, or annual equivalents. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period begins.
Notary service fees include a document preparation fee, urgency fee (if applicable), and a 15% ADLX platform fee. All fees are displayed before payment confirmation.
All payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. ADLX does not store your payment card details.
Users may cancel a confirmed appointment within 2 hours of booking for a full refund of the consultation fee. The ADLX platform fee of 15% is non-refundable in all cases.
Cancellations made after 2 hours of booking are not eligible for a refund.
If a verified lawyer fails to attend a confirmed consultation without prior notice, you are entitled to a full refund including the platform fee. Contact support within 24 hours with your booking reference number.
Notary fees are non-refundable once the notary has begun processing your request. If ADLX is unable to assign a notary within 48 hours of payment, a full refund will be issued.
Purchased credits are non-refundable. Credits assigned with subscriptions expire at the end of the subscription period and do not carry over.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

All content on the Platform including the ADLX name, logo, design, text, and software is the property of ADLX Technologies Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
ADLX is not responsible for the outcome of any legal matter, the quality of advice given, or any professional misconduct by a lawyer listed on the Platform. Disputes with lawyers must be raised with the respective State Bar Council.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through our internal grievance process (contact: grievance@adlx.in).
If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
